We often hear this term POSITIVITY in our daily life through different resources & it clicks for few seconds while we come across the related statement but “Did we really think of knowing the hidden happiness behind it”? Let’s discuss it now.

I will take you through a small journey of learning process of Positivity- one step by step. It will then clear up all the doubts & perception towards it.
I am a Certified Trainer Shivangi Bhatnagar, an MBA in Human Resources with Customer Relation Management along with Diploma in Aviation, Hotel & Tourism Management also done a Certification in Marketing & Presentation Skills from Swiss E-Learning Institute. Social Support = A positive social support is directly connected to our mental, emotional, and physical growth. This helps our thinking power to cater to silent & unknowingly depressions inside a body to recoup again.

Physical Health = A physical health is the main function of the entire system of positive thoughts which improves the immune system, decrease blood pressure and helps in increase pain tolerance.

Healthy Thinking = A healthy thinking is the topmost factor of Positivity which provides a self-love towards- Leadership, Maturity and Understanding.
